Booked this service for my wife concluding her 15 hour overseas flight back home alone with our 17-month old. Boris met my wife immediately upon her exit from International baggage claim, inside the terminal, a service that is not offered by Uber/Lyft

A true gentlemen/professional and assisted my wife with her luggage cart. Loaded the car and unloaded the car placing contents in our home. A service that is not offered by Uber/Lyft.

Boris maintained constant communication with me via text while. He arrived 15 minutes early and the moment my wife’s flight landed he confirmed via text, ‘your wife’s plane landed and I am in the terminal to meet her’. No extra fees for arriving early or in the event of flight/immigration/baggage delays, again not offered by Uber/Lyft. One set price and totally worth every penny!
