All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmed reservation constitutes an agreement between you and BL Limousine LLC for the transportation service described.
All quoted rates are fixed rates that include tolls, gratuity, fuel surcharges, and applicable fees unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid at the time of booking and confirmed in your reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. BL Limousine reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if passenger behavior poses a safety risk or results in damage to the vehicle.
BL Limousine LLC is fully licensed and commercially insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of the transportation service provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary 1-hour wait time after the flight lands (domestic) or 2 hours (international) to account for customs and immigration. Additional wait time may incur charges.
